*The Welcome Reception and Walking game are included in the registration fee but reservation is necessary.

Confirmation

Medicongress will send a formal confirmation by email after receipt of both the registration form and payment.

Cancellation

Cancellations received no later than 15 May, 2009, entitle registered persons to a 50% refund.

A written cancellation is mandatory for receiving a refund.

Registrations can at any time be transferred upon a colleague at an extra charge of 150,00 Euro.

The registration and payment form is secured so that credit card information can be submitted safely.
